Teikō Junior High vs Komagi Junior High was a match between the second string of Teikō Junior High against the powerhouse Komagi. It was a foul match, with many bad decisions from the referee. Kise and Kuroko were brought along from the first string, to ensure Teikō's victory.

Komagi was leading with 48 – 69 when Kise was subbed in. The opponents double-teamed him and forced him into foul, so Kise couldn't do much about the score. Then Kuroko was set up and he connected his invisible passes with Kise.[1] Kise was able to turn the tables and win.
