Teikō Junior High vs Nambara Junior High was a match in Junior High school, while the Generation of Miracles of Teikō were still first years, so three years ago. This was Kuroko's debut match in the 1st string.

Murasakibara won the tip-off and passed the ball to Akashi who dribbled but stopped after noticing that a nervous Kuroko had tripped and his nose bleed. Teikō called for a member change right at the beginning of the match, substituting Kuroko for Nijimura who performed well. The match ended in Teikō's victory.
